Coloplast-Mentor Intermittent Catheters Self-Cath Hydrogel Kit
Intermittent catheter by Coloplast - Mentor.  The Self-Cath Hydrogel (16" long) is a hybrid catheter system that is easy and convenient to use. The proprietary micro-bead lubricant coating reduces urethral friction while the introducer tip is designed to reduce the risk of urinary tract infections. The ingenious built-in extension sleeve reduces the need for transfers and provides a means for contact free catheter usage.  Kit contains: Self-Cath Hydrogel catheter, gloves, underpad, PVP swabsticks, and BZK towellette.  This catheter comes in straight tip, tapered tip Coude, and olive tip Coude. 

This catheter comes in the following French sizes which are identified by the associated product numbers:
