The Company is developing surgically implantable devices intended to restore urinary control to both male and female sufferers of long-term stress urinary incontinence. GT Urological's goal is to improve on existing implantable technologies for urinary incontinence by developing devices which:
Decrease the incidence of urethral injury and infection
Reduce surgical cost by greatly simplifying pre-operative and operative procedures
Provide the user 'on demand' control of urinary voiding functions
