Shipping Policy
Product is normally shipped within 24 hours of placing the order. The standard delivery normally takes 2-7 business days based on the type of shipping that has been selected and your delivery area. Customers are notified of any backorders within 24 hours of placing the order. Please see our shipping policy page for complete details.


Return Policy - Un-Opened Merchandise

All merchandise that has not been opened may be returned within the first 30 days after your order has shipped. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging.  You must contact our customer service department (800-526-5895) within 30 days of your order date on your merchandise receipt to get a return authorization number.  Returns with out an authorization number will not be processed for a credit. 


Shipping Damage
While it is rare, shipping damage does occur. We ask that you inspect the packaging upon arrival and look for any signs of visible shipping damage (holes in packaging, activated tip sensor, etc..). You do have the right to refuse the delivery with notes that package was damaged if you feel that damage has occured. Please understand that your package will experience normal wear & tear during transit to you and should not be refused. We also recommend that if you are required to sign a bill of lading that you add: "subject to inspection". Please notify AtHomeMedical within 72 hours of receiving merchandise should you discover any shipping damage. This is required so that we can begin the claims process with the shipper and allows us to assist you in swapping out the product. Your tracking email contains additional details for receiving your shipment. AtHomeMedical cannot accept responsibility for any merchandise that you receive with shipping damage that is not noted or reported to us within 72 hours of receipt.

Cancellation Policies 
At Home Medical will issue refunds for orders that are cancelled prior to shipment of your merchandise, however it is subject to a cancellation fee of 3% which will be used to cover the credit card merchant processing fees that we incur. Once your order has shipped you may still cancel your order with us, in addition to the cancellation fees, the customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred, including rerouting fees by the shipping company to reroute the package to the appropriate warehouse.  Proof of charges are available upon request. 

Privacy Statement 
At Home Medical will collect personal information to properly process you order with us.  This personal information is collected at the checkout process of your order, and includes your shipping/billing address, phone number, email address, and payment information for your choice of payment such as credit card number or bank routing and account numbers.  All personal information collected from you will be held in strict confidence.  At Home Medical does not sell, trade, share, broker any personal information about our customers.  This includes your contact information, phone numbers, email address, billing and shipping address, credit card number, or banking information.  At Home Medical uses current technology to safeguard your information during processing of your order.  You may see our Security Seal on our homepage for our 128 bit security encription validation.  You may click on this link to validate our security seal at anytime.
