Medline Remedy Hypoallergenic Phytoplex Hydraguard Barrier Cream

Unfortunately, I was sent the scented product, rather than the unscented. I was strictly advised by my surgeon, and wound care nurses to only use unscented. I called At Home Medical to inform them that I didn't receive the exact product that I ordered, but they were not able to ship me what I wanted as they didn't have it. They explained that do not handle much of this kind of product, as they primarily deal with catheter products. They were apologetic, and considerate, and told me to just keep the product to give to someone else, and they would credit me the entire amount, which they did by the following day. This wasn't a response I was expecting, but I felt that they graciously did what they thought was the best solution to rectify the situation. It seems the specific product I ordered is currently undergoing a packaging and labeling change, which further complicated everything, so I do not hold At Home Health responsible for the mixup, and I am more than happy with the outcome.
