Shipping Policies and Rates 

Please Note: All shipping carriers are experiencing delays at this time due to shortage of employees. Your order may take longer than usual in delivery. This is beyond our control. We ask for your patience and understanding. 

The cost of shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order and your shipping zone, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free Shipping: For a limited time, we are offering Free Shipping of orders $100.00 or more to the US 48 continental states only. All Free Shipping orders will ship Standard Ground & may take up to 5-7 days for delivery.

Standard Shipping:  All orders placed before 3:00 pm EST. will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after 3:00 pm will be shipped the following business day. Most orders are delivered in 2 – 3 business days, but please allow up to 5 business days for delivery depending on your specific delivery location. Delivery days are calculated on business days, do not count Saturday and Sunday as days to deliver as the shipping carriers do not count these days. Orders will be shipped via UPS, UPS Surepost, Fedex, or the USPS. We only offer USPS Priority Mail shipping with delivery time of 1 - 3 days depending on your zip code. WE DO NOT OFFER USPS PRIORITY EXPRESS. Your order may ship in multiple boxes and from multiple locations based on the product you order.

Expedited Shipping:  We can ship your order to arrive via UPS Next Day Air Saver or UPS Second Day Air Saver if you prefer. These charges are calculated based on the total weight of your products and your delivery zone. Your actual charges will be displayed for each shipping option. Expedited Shipping may not be available for all shipping zones.

International Shipping:   We currently ship to the U.S.V.I., Canada, and Puerto Rico. No other International locations are being serviced at this time. Customers are responsible for any and all import duties and taxes. The shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and on your postal code and country of destination. We use USPS Priority International for our shipping carrier. Please allow for an average of 10-14 days for International shipments to be delivered.

Auto-Ship Program:  Sign up for our Auto-Ship program and receive 5% off each monthly order for 12 months. Participants must commit for 12 consecutive months. Participants can add additional items if necessary. If participant’s order lapses during the 12 consecutive month agreement, the 5% discount no longer applies. Forms of payment include American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Paypal, and AfterPay. 

Lost or Stolen Orders
At Home Medical accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen. At Home Medical may at its sole discretion, provide an affidavit in case a replacement is needed.
