As soon as your order ships you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number. We may split your order into several boxes or bags, depending on the order size. All packaging is discrete.

We send you your receipt and order details immediately after you place your order. Unfortunately, once your order has been handed over to the mail carrier for shipping, we cannot guarantee the change of shipping address from our end. There may be an extra charge for the change with the shipping carrier.
