A: At Home Medical uses UPS Ground as a preferred method of shipment for standard delivery. Orders may also be shipped via FedX ground or USPS priority mail if deemed advantages for delivery. If orders are needed for expedited or guaranteed delivery, they may be shipped by UPS 3 Day Select, Second Day Air or Next Day Air for additional shipping charges.
Q: What products require a prescription from a phycisian?
A: A prescription is only needed for all types of intermittent catheters and foley catheters. Our website indicates products that need a presciption with a "RX required symbol".
