Repeat customer for a reason

I was ordering in a hurry and chose a different size than I usually purchase. I received a call immediately from a rep processing my order asking if I intended to change or was I trying to get what I normally order. I was impressed with the promptness and attention to detail. As for the product it is wonderful and arrives within days of ordering. The only issue I had is I was offered 10% off, signed up and received to code and was never prompted enter the code so I didn't get the discount.
