Very good company/site. I never have a problem. Always very fast shipping(as medical stuff should be, yet many others aren't). They will work with you, for example, if you order a box of 100 caths and they don't have the whole box but do have some, they won't just tell you its out of stock or something, they will send you what they have and get the rest to you when they can. I'm very happy that I was referred to them~

My husband measured 32.5 mm so we ordered the 32 mm size of these. The adhesion to the shaft is excellent. But he cannot get his head far down enough, so he may try a 36 mm later. Right now he has another favorite from the 4-5 catheters he’s tried so far. What concerns me is that the adhesive is ALL THE WAY down the shaft, so as soon as the head touches it, it won’t move. He tried using alcohol to remove 1/4” of adhesive before he started to unroll it, but it did not help. My suggestion would be to round up instead of down. My husband does feel secure about the adhesive otherwise, though. I don’t like that it kinks, twists, and lets urine back up, though. A larger size of a similar style, same company, actually worked more poorly, but he has not yet tried a larger WideBand.

What I like is there are so many size options available. I just ordered an assortment and tried them out to pick the one right for me. My urologist was not helpful at all.....he just wanted to go the surgical route to control urination. Have been using thesefor almost ten years now and they work great.

My son has been using this condom catheter for at least 15 years. It is the best condom catheter --it stays on, even in the swimming pool.
