What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. You can also pay using Paypal or AfterPay.

How do I change or cancel my order?

How do I track my order?

How do I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at 800-526-5895 so we may update the information before your order is processed for shipping.

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has shipped. 

Do discount codes expire?

While some things last forever, our discount codes do not. All discount codes will come with an expiration date at the time that they are issued, so that you can plan your shopping date accordingly!

Please keep in mind that discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers that may be live on our site at the time that your order is placed. 

Why is my discount code not working?

We recommend entering the exact code into the coupon box to apply your discount. Keep in mind that promo codes cannot be combined, nor can they be applied towards shipping.

It looks like you charged me twice for my order

If your credit card was declined when you first tried to place your order, you’ll see a pending transaction in your account. Don’t fret! We do not capture funds for declined transactions, and this charge will automatically drop off your statement within a few business days.

Do you offer samples?

Due to the low cost nature of our products we do not currently send samples. Thank you for your interest!

Can I get a refund if the price has changed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any promotions for orders placed outside of the promotional time frame as this would be unfair to the rest of our customers. We’re so sorry for any inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding!

Can I combine coupon codes on my order?

Unfortunately, coupon codes cannot be combined, nor can multiple codes be applied to a single order. Coupon codes cannot be combined with any other offers that may be live on our site at the time that your order is placed. 

Always make sure to review your order summary prior to completing checkout to make sure you are snagging the best deal for your products! 

I received a package, but it wasn’t my order.

How do I know my order has shipped?

As soon as your order ships you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.  We may split your order into several boxes or bags, depending on the order size. All packaging is discrete.

I'm having problems with the carrier tracking info.

Sorry about that! Sometimes, the carrier takes a few business days to register your shipment status.

There may be delays between the scanning events and the website's updates. Once we have shipped the item, the tracking status will take a day to be updated by the shipping carrier.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backorders are processed as quickly as the product is received by one of our many vendors. When you View Your Order, note the Estimated Ship Date.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes. Our proprietary software is built to protect your billing information.

On athomemedical.com we have a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts information and keeps your data private and confidential between your computer or phone and athomemedical.com. This technology makes it safe to transmit your credit card number over the Internet. The "S" after the "HTTP" in the URL address line lets you know when you are on a secure page.

Refunds & Returns

How long does it take to receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before your funds return to you.

My order arrived damaged.

Sometimes, time in transit can be a little rough. If your order is damaged, wrong or defective in any way upon arrival, please contact us right away! Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so let us know at800-526-5895 or at support@athomemedical.com so that we can make it right.

How do I return an item?

Your satisfaction as a customer is important to us. Generally, all eligible returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 U.S. States, including Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands. International Shipping is to Canada only.

I need my order fast, do you guys provide expedited shipping?

Yes, we have expedited shipping options at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery Policy on the website for more detailed information.

When will I get a tracking number?

Once the order has been processed by our fulfillment team, a tracking number will be generated. Please take note to allow 1 business days for your tracking information to be updated.

If you have not received your tracking number within three business days or if the tracking status is "not available" within 1-2 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, please send us an email at support@athomemedical.com 

I've put the wrong address and the order has already shipped.

We send you your receipt and order details immediately after you place your order. Unfortunately, once your order has been handed over to the mail carrier for shipping,we cannot guarantee the change of shipping address from our end. There may be an extra charge for the change with the shipping carrier.

Are your packages discreet?

I’m not receiving any emails from At Home Medical

Whether you’re trying to find the status of your order or if you’re trying to catch all those sweet deals, being in the loop is super important! Check out these tips to make sure you’re receiving all of our emails. 

-Your Email (gmail, yahoo, etc) may be marking our emails as Junk or Spam mail. To stop this from happening, please add support@athomemedical.com to your email address book.

 

-Make sure you typed in the correct email address when you signed up with us. Our team can double check this information for you!

-During the checkout process, did you click the text box next to ‘Subscribe to our newsletter’? If you didn’t, this may be why!

How can I unsubscribe from your emails/newsletters/SMS?

You can unsubscribe from our emails by scrolling down into a previous email we've sent you and select unsubscribe. This will remove you from our emailing list! 

If you change your mind later, you can still subscribe to our newsletters by signing up on our website or contacting our Customer Care Team! 

By entering your phone number in the checkout and initializing a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. Text marketing messages will not exceed 10 a month. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.

Delayed order confirmation emails

Confirmation emails are typically received shortly after an order is placed. If you do not receive your confirmation email right away, however, don’t fret! Your confirmation email may experience a delay if your order was placed during a period of high order volume, such as an exciting new launch or promotion.
