Coloplast SenSura Flat MAXI is a one-piece standard-wear drainable ostomy pouch with an EasiClose WIDE outlet, soft cloth backing, and a 655 mL capacity. Choose the exact transparent or opaque, filtered or no-filter, and cut-to-fit or pre-cut configuration.

  • CST15521–CST15524: transparent filtered pouches in cut-to-fit, 1 inch, 1-3/16 inch, and 1-3/8 inch openings; HCPCS A4424
  • CST15531–CST15534: opaque filtered pouches in the same four opening configurations; HCPCS A4424
  • CST15821: transparent cut-to-fit 3/8–3 inch pouch without filter; HCPCS A5061
  • MAXI 11-1/2 inch (29.5 cm), 655 mL

The eight missing filtered variants are added to the existing canonical CST15821 product rather than creating another listing or reusing the unrelated stocked SenSura Mio Click barrier.
