ConvaTec SUR-FIT Natura two-piece Stomahesive cut-to-fit skin barrier without a tape collar, for semi-formed to formed stoma output.

  • 32–57 mm flange configurations: 4 × 4-inch wafer, 10 per box
  • 70 mm flange configuration: 5 × 5-inch wafer, 10 per box
  • 100 mm flange configuration: 6 × 6-inch wafer, 5 per box
  • HCPCS A4414 or A4415 by exact configuration

The five existing exact variants and all 26 Boxout units are preserved. Exact master SKU CTE401906 is added to this existing no-tape family at zero inventory and remains visible as sold out. Every zero-stock configuration is routed to Boxout, tracked, and set to deny overselling. Cost and price use the reconciled master values and the 1.847 retail multiplier.
