Select the unstretched opening

The six selections show the manufacturer's starting inner opening, not a universal maximum stoma size. Round sizes are 13/16", 1-3/16", and 1-9/16"; oval sizes are 7/8" × 1-1/2", 1-3/16" × 1-7/8", and 1-1/2" × 2-3/16". Each box contains 10 rings.

Use and care information

Start with clean, dry skin. Remove the protective coverings as shown in the instructions. If gloves are worn and both coverings are removed, keep the gloves moist.

If needed, gently stretch the ring before applying it to the skin barrier. The manufacturer instructions limit stretching to 5 mm in either direction. Press it firmly onto the barrier and remove any remaining protective covering.

Center the barrier and ring around the stoma, press against the skin, and hold for several seconds. To remove, gently peel downward while supporting the surrounding skin.

Follow the Instructions for Use supplied with the product. Consult a stoma care nurse or healthcare professional when choosing convexity or if skin or fit concerns develop.

Yes. The selection lists the starting inner opening. Follow the manufacturer instructions for stretching and fitting.

Is the ring applied to the skin barrier first?

The illustrated instructions show pressing the ring onto the skin barrier, then centering the combined barrier and ring around the stoma and holding it in place for several seconds.
