Remove the release covering and stretch the FormaFlex opening by hand to fit the size and shape of the stoma. Do not cut the opening with scissors. Apply the barrier and tape border as shown in the manufacturer instructions, then use a corresponding pouch with the same flange size.

Follow the illustrated removal steps and dispose of the used product under local disposal regulations. Do not flush the used barrier or pouch.
